Monthly Wash Club Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Sud’s Up Express Monthly Wash Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Benefits

• Usage: Membership allows one wash per day for the registered vehicle as long as the membership remains active.

• Upgrades: Members can upgrade to a different wash by paying the price difference at the time of service.
• Non-Transferable Discounts: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

2. Billing and Payments

• Monthly Billing: Your credit or debit card will be charged monthly on the same date as enrollment for the membership fee plus applicable taxes.
• Payment Failure: If your payment method is declined, we will contact you using the provided information. Services will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
• Fee Adjustments: Sud’s Up reserves the right to adjust membership fees and terms as necessary.

3. Membership Cancellation

• No Cancellation Fees: Members may cancel anytime via the website, https://customerportal.nxtwash.com/sudsupexpresscarwash, with no additional fees.
• No Refunds: Refunds or credits are not issued for unused days within the billing period.

4. Vehicle Eligibility and Transfer

• Enrolled Vehicle Only: Membership applies solely to the registered vehicle.
• Transfer to New Vehicle: Membership may be transferred if you change vehicles. Notify Sud’s Up of any changes in vehicle ownership.
• Multiple Vehicles: Any additional vehicles on an account must be registered to the same mailing address, and Sud’s Up may request proof of address.

5. Commercial Use Restrictions

• Exclusion of Commercial Vehicles: Membership is typically not available for commercial vehicles, including rideshare (e.g., Uber, Lyft) and commercial transport. Custom programs are available upon request.
• Reclassification: Sud’s Up reserves the right to reclassify vehicles as commercial if used for business purposes.

6. Service Availability

• Sud’s Up may temporarily close or limit services due to weather, holidays, maintenance, or upgrades.

7. Liability, Privacy, and Governing Law

• Limitations of Liability: Sud’s Up is not liable for damage to: 

     - Pre-existing vehicle issues

     - Non-factory installed items

     - Vehicles older than seven years

     - Antennas, all windshield wipers, mirrors, windshields, or bug shields

• Reporting: Any issues must be reported before leaving the property.
• Privacy Policy: Your email and personal information will not be shared with third parties.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of membership, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts.
